Events in Tampa Bay venues
Tampa's event calendar runs on the convention center, the Westshore and downtown hotels, the waterfront venues along the Riverwalk and the bay, and the country clubs and barns out toward Lutz and Wesley Chapel. Each has its own load-in rules and timing, and designing around them is part of the job. For outdoor events between May and October, the flowers are chosen for heat first and looks a close second.

How much notice do you need?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. Large installations and peak dates need more. Short notice is often possible for centerpieces; call and ask.
Can you match our brand colors?
Yes. Send the color codes or a logo and the designer will pick flowers and containers that match.
Do you set up and pick up?
Yes. Setup is timed with the venue, and rentals are collected after the event or the next morning.
Can guests take the centerpieces home?
If the containers are yours to keep, yes. If they're rentals, the flowers can be rewrapped for guests and the vases collected.
